Did Sam have a horse? Cause If anything he'd just have a donkey or a mule.

Hobbits cant ride horses, if you saw in the Two Towers Pippin almost gets crushed by one. They usually ride ponies if im remembering correctly.
Also some demi-heroes could be Rose Cotton, her dad..............I guess there arent many that stand out in that battle

okay it seems that you all need my vast nowledge of Tolkiens works in this one. First off about Saruman, BBIIIIGGG mistake having him in here because Saruman and Sauron were not in leage with eachother, they both wanted to conquer there own things, the movie was jjust decieving. Also stated many times Sauron was the MOST powerful of the Mair, the Istari were minor Mair just servants. Gandalf, whos name is Olorin in the west was a servant of Nienna but he came from the line of Manwe but he was still nothing like Sauron. Also Saruman fell into that class but he was a Mair of Aule who was a smithly therefore Saruman had vast knowledge of ring crafting. But my point is that Saruman wasnt even in class with Melkor (morgoth) or Sauron, or Gouthar the Creul in Sindarin tounge. Its mentioned in the Valaquenta if u need to make sure of this.

hey how can ya know sam and frodo died? well merry and pippin did, that is known, and their bodies lay next to aragornĀ“s in the halls of the death in minas tirith....
but all we know is that frodo sailed to valinor with the ringbearers, and that sam followed him many years later....they could still be there. who knows? tolkien maybe...but hes dead....damnit ;D

Sauron wasnt the most powerful Maiar by any means. Remember Manwe is the first of the Valar and his Maiar are bound to be the most powerful
Sauron was only the strongest of Morgoths servants, not the strongest maiar.

agree about sauron wasnt the strongest of the maia....the strongest of the evil ones, or at least the one that did survive longest and was most "liked" by melkor...
but....manwe is the first of the valar in valinor, and the most powerfull of these, but actually melkor was the most powerfull of the 2....at least he was in start, before he got pwned and changed his being....but its said in the book of the lost tales (which I just got and read <wohooo>) that hes the most powerfull of them all ;D

Eonwe is the most power miar by far, and melian would give sauron a run for his money
