I have some general questions to RW. I’m not a noob, have 50 mb of Middle Earth and RW versions of the map, as I’m sure you also have. 1. Q: What are the rules about building castles. First I thought it didn’t matter where the castle was build, you would get better units at all the spawn points. But then I read that you would get better units in only the place where the new castle was build. It seems to be true, but can anyone help me with some general rules. I mean, if you build all your castles at one place, then wouldn’t you get catapults and flying units much faster? 2. Q: The rules about the Nazgûls. Can anyone give the exact rules about how and when Nazgûls revives. Sometimes they come back very fast and sometimes they don’t come back at all. I know you have to build castle before it happens. And it’s not because I use to lose my Nazgûls but it’s nice to know when they come back when I killed them with Gondor or Dwarves.

Well it doesn't matter where your castles are build so I advice you to make them all in one safe location (wherever you make them you get the same increased spawn thus the reason doubling makes you get things like eagles faster you have twice the castles (even if they are in different spots)) To your second question well I am not entirely certain on when they do myself if they die at level 1 they generally don't but sometimes they do if they all died a bit strange

ye it doesnt matter where u build ur castles..example : at gondor, u get 2 gondor swordme and 1soldier at minas tirith, 1spearman at lossarnach and 2 rider at dol amroth... after u got a castle (that u shud make at minas of course) u get 2gondor swordmen 1 soldier and 1 archer at minas, 2 instead of 1 spearmen at lossarnach, and still 2 rider but also 1 soldier at dol amroth... so u c it doesnt matter where u make it, as all spawns r increased....
2 the nazgul...well i think its one of the greater mysteries of rw about the rules of their coming back^^ sometimes they dont come back at all (even if they were >lvl1...) sometimes they all come back fast..weird thing...maybe map maker knows...

"Maybe map maker knows" hihi, well if the map maker fixed it but didnt know how it worked he would be rather dumb dont you think? Anyway I believe I know how it works though I'm not entirely sure, as it seems, one nazgul respawn per castle, thus if you have built 3 castles 3 nazguls will be able to be respawned.

well balor had originally planned the nazgul revive to be extremely slow. I remeber when we were testing the version he put it in (i think it was 15) that one naz might come back in 25 minutes. Obiviously its not working that way now, so i really couldnt give an educated guess as to whats going on

Well, I say nazgul revive AFTER you have one castle, at least in the b17, in b17-c they revive one/1castle.... It's weirdo system, I'm not totally sure, but always if I have one castle and I suicide nazgul, they all revive.... But you might want to check it yourself, try it out with coupel friends or something ....

1) Castle location does not matter. Only the number of castles you have matters.
2) Nazgul start with a life count of 1.2 (think Super Mario Brothers). Each time Morgul builds a castle, you add 0.6 to this count. If a Nazgul dies and there is a life count of greater than 1, Nazgul loses 1 life and the Nazgul revives after some time. If the life count is less than 1, that Nazgul never revives again. Also, the time that a Nazgul takes to revive depends upon the Nazgul who died. If witch king and Uvatha die at the same time, and Nazgul has more than 2 lives left, the two will not revive at the same time.

yes that system always works thats why if you lose 2 naz before 3rd castle 1 will not revive and FCU it would be good if you could place a table of which nazghuls revive fastest and which revive slowest?

If a naz dies he shouldnt go back to level 1 but should keep the level that he died at because when they respawn (IF they do) all they turn into are people to guard Mount Doom.

i think kabuki means that if all the naz are level 2 or 3 or higher u may not want to have a level 1 hero naz ther to casue hes so weak and takes exp., it may even be hard to get a naz to u if ur in the north or west or fighting cause u need to get him a clear path. So instead of leaving the eye on mt doom to safeguard a ringh drop u can just leave a naz. But if the naz respawned there level naz players may be more willing to take the naz back

Thats what I meant, and if it became too unbalanced you could rework the defenses or the hp or Minas Morgul for a permanent way to kill them off.
